Gabriel Gonzaga UFC heavyweight Gabriel Gonzaga is set to compete in his 19th octagon bout Saturday against Matt Mitrione at UFC on FOX 13. Gonzaga comes into the bout as a onetime title challenger, the second most experienced heavyweight in UFC history with 18 fights, and one of two big men with the most finishes in the octagon at 11. Yet the Brazilian vet still considers one moment to be his greatest achievement: A knockout of Mirko “Cro Cop” Filipovic at UFC 70 in 2007. He thinks it will stay that way for a while. “I believe that was the biggest highlight, and it will be for a long time, because nobody was expecting that,” said Gonzaga (16-8 MMA, 11-7 UFC), who meets Mitrione (8-3 MMA, 8-3 UFC) on the FOX-televised main card of Saturday’s event at U.S. Airways Center in Phoenix
