During a long injury layoff, Zachrich got into the family business, managing a pair of Mellow Mushroom Pizza Bakers restaurants as he recovered. Now back in the cage, Zachrich (14-3 MMA, 1-1 UFC), a veteran of “The Ultimate Fighter 7,” gets to run the shop remotely while he continues his career in the octagon. “I can do everything by email,” he told MMAjunkie Radio. Next month, he’ll be telecommuting again when he meets Daniel Kelly (7-0 MMA, 0-0 UFC), a veteran of “TUF: Nations,” at UFC Fight Night 55 on Nov.
