The good news for Geje Eustaquio is that the moment he has been working towards his entire MMA career has finally arrived, and, on Friday, he will be fighting for the inaugural ONE FC flyweight title. The bad news is that to win the belt he is going to have to overcome the seemingly unstoppable Adrian Moraes, a Brazilian who many believe will not just claim the title at ONE FC: Rise of the Nation, but go on to retain it for many years to come. Eustaquio has already been in with some of the toughest fighters in the division and has never been stopped, which he thinks could be a key factor in this five-round title fight. “I am very confident in my stamina because I am training in high altitude place in Baguio and that is one advantage for me in this fight and I have never been submitted and we’re doing everything to prepare for his submission attempts,” he said. Moraes is a well rounded mixed martial artist, but he is coming off back-to-back submission wins and holds a brown belt in BJJ. Eustaquio thinks this is where his opponent’s strength lies and he says he has been preparing accordingly
