Next month’s UFC 179 event in Brazil has a pair of new additions to the fight card. UFC officials recently announced the additions of lightweights Beneil Dariush (8-1 MMA, 2-1 UFC) vs. Alan Patrick (12-0 MMA, 2-0 UFC) and Yan Cabral (11-1 MMA, 1-1 UFC) vs. Naoyuki Kotani (33-11-7 MMA, 0-1 UFC). UFC 179 takes place Oct. 25 at Rio de Janeiro’s Maracanazinho Gymnasium
