TULSA – Neil Magny neutralized Alex Garcia ’s power to control grappling exchanges and avoid damage on the bottom. Garcia (12-2 MMA, 2-1 UFC) may not have been fighting at full capacity, possibly suffering a knee injury during the three-rounder, but Magny(12-3 MMA, 5-2 UFC) nonetheless earned a unanimous decision. The welterweight bout closed out of the preliminary card of today’s UFC Fight Night 49 event at BOK Center in Tulsa. It aired on FOX Sports 2 after an additional prelim on UFC Fight Pass and ahead of a main card on FOX Sports 1. The final scores were 29-28 and 30-27 twice for Magny, who earned his fourth straight UFC win, all in 2014
