Filed under: Featured Videos , News , UFC , Videos UFC heavyweight Jack May (7-1 MMA, 0-1 UFC) is getting a second chance to show he’s worthy of fighting for the industry-leading promotion at UFC Fight Night 47, where he faces Shawn Jordan (15-6 MMA, 3-3 UFC) on the event’s FOX Sports 1-televised main card. May told SHOOT Media that he completely tore his meniscus prior to a first-round TKO loss to Derrick Lewis at UFC on FOX 11 and didn’t get to put his skills on display. “We did a bunch of rehab on it, and (I’m) back to 100 percent,” he said. “This training camp has actually gone really well. It’s the best camp of my career so far.” May, 33, trains out of CSW in Fullerton, Calif., alongside ex-UFC champ Josh Barnett. Prior to his octagon setback, he rattled off seven straight wins on the regional circuit.
