The UFC’s annual “International Fight Week” came to an end on Sunday evening with The Ultimate Fighter 19 Finale from Las Vegas’ Mandalay Bay Events Center. It was a solid event headlined by a matchup between former UFC champions Frankie Edgar (17-4-1 MMA, 11-4-1 UFC) and B.J. Penn (16-10-2 MMA, 12-9-2 UFC), who were fighting for the third time. It wasn’t much of a fight, though, as Edgar steamrolled Penn for two rounds before stopping the fight in the third frame. Prior to that, two new winners of “The Ultimate Fighter” reality series were crowned as Corey Anderson (3-0 MMA, 1-0 UFC) and Eddie Gordon (7-1 MMA, 1-0 UFC) both smashed their opponents in roughly one minute to score six-figure UFC contracts
