Hours after debuting in New Zealand, the Ultimate Fighting Championship will make another debut, this one in San Antonio, Texas, with UFC Fight Night: Swanson vs. Stephens . With the promise of a title shot on the line, top featherweights Cub Swanson and Jeremy Stephens have five rounds in the nights main event to prove who deserves a shot at UFC champion Jose Aldo. Odds are, with their explosive styles, they won’t need all five rounds. They did, however, have to first step on the scale in San Antonio to make their headlining bout official, as did the other fighters on the card. Neither Swanson nor Stephens had issues making weight.
