VANCOUVER – An injury to Ryan Jimmo ‘s right arm (19-4 MMA, 3-3 UFC) brought a rapid halt to his fight with Ovince Saint Preux (15-5 MMA, 4-0 UFC). Jimmo signaled his arm was broken midway into the second round, prompting the referee to wave off the bout. The light heavyweight bout opened up the main card of today’s UFC 174 event at Rogers Arena in Vancouver. It aired on pay-per-view following prelims on FX and UFC Fight Pass. The official time of stoppage came at the 2:10 mark of the second. Saint Preux was in the process of wrenching Jimmo’s left arm in a kimura when Jimmo cried out several times that his arm was broken.
