SAO PAULO – Robert Peralta and Rony Jason slugged back and forth for three rounds, but it was Peralta who bucked the odds in Brazil. Peralta (18-4 MMA, 4-1 UFC) took a split decision from Jason (14-5 MMA, 4-2 UFC) in Jason’s home country and took a big leap forward in the UFC’s featherweight division in the process.
