Matt Brown (19-11 MMA, 12-6 UFC) once again proved why he’s one of the most exciting fighters in the UFC welterweight division with a thrilling victory over Erick Silva (16-5 MMA, 4-4 UFC) in Saturday’s UFC Fight Night 40 headliner. It was the organization’s first visit to Cincinnati since October 2007, and the fighters more than made up for lost time as seven of the 13 bouts on the card ended by knockout, capped off by Brown’s third-round finish of Silva in the main event.
