CINCINNATI – The way Constantinos Philippou (13-4 MMA, 6-3 UFC) and Lorenz Larkin (14-3 MMA, 1-3 UFC) went at each other early, you just knew it wouldn’t last long. But as willing as Larkin was to play a dangerous game with a heavy-hitting opponent, it was Philippou who landed the decisive blow, following a hard left hand with a lights-out right to earn a knockout victory at the 3:47 mark of Round 1.
