Asia’s largest MMA promotion will return to Indonesia on June 14 for “ONE FC 17: Era of Champions,” which features a flyweight headliner between Adriano Moraes (10-1) and Kosuke Suzuki (10-3-2). ONE FC officials recently announced the plans to return to Jakarta for a third time. However, the event will mark the first time the promotion has visited Mata Elang International Stadium, a 15,000-seat venue that opened in 2012. “Our Indonesian fans have been eagerly awaiting our return to Jakarta, and we are excited to be able to bring world-class MMA back to the capital city of Indonesia,” ONE FC CEO Victor Cui stated. “Fans in Jakarta and all over the world can look forward to an unforgettable night of explosive knockouts and exciting finishes.” ONE FC officials also announced the ONE FC 17 co-feature will see Egyptian Sami Amin (4-1) face Indonesia’s Fransino Tirta (15-0-1). “Black Diamond” Moraes is a talented 25-year-old Brazilian prospect.
