MMAjunkie today confirmed with sources close to the promotion that the company is planning a UFC Fight Night event in Brasilia for Sept. 13, as well as pay-per-view event with UFC 179 in Rio de Janeiro. MMAFighting reported the details of the UFC Fight Night event, which marks the UFC’s first visit to the nation’s capital. the 16,000-seat Nilson Nelson Gymnasium, opened in 1973, is expected to play host.
