Episode four of “The Ultimate Fighter 19: Team Edgar vs. Team Penn” opens with Daniel Spohn  discussing his somewhat lackluster victor over Todd Monaghan  in the last episode. Spohn said he purposely avoided dangerous situations in the fight so he can be healthy for his semifinal contest. At the next Team Edgar training session, head coach Frankie Edgar talks about his winless start to the season. All the fighters are motivated to turn things around, and with tournament favorite Dhiego Lima  fighting Team Penn’s Tim Williams  next, there’s a solid chance the tide could finally turn. Team Penn gets a training session in later in the day.
