ORLANDO – Fighting for the first time after a yearlong layoff, Jordan Mein returned to action with a solid, if unspectacular effort against newcomer Hernani Perpetuo . Mein took an early lead and refused to cede ground to Perpetuo, save for a late-fight swinging match that rang his bell. The welterweight bout was part of the preliminary card of today’s UFC on FOX 11 event at Amway Center in Orlando, Fla.
