Following Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira ’s first-round knockout loss to Roy Nelson on April 11 in Abu Dhabi, many people have called for the former Pride and UFC champion to retire. UFC president Dana White now joins the list. Nogueira (34-9-1, 1 NC) cemented his legacy in the Japanese PRIDE organization. In a span of two years, from 2000 to 2002, Nogueira fought thirteen times. He won all of them and captured the Pride heavyweight title. He lost the belt in March 2003 to Fedor Emelianenko
