Former UFC welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre will have surgery to repair his torn ACL next week in Los Angeles, according a report on Wednesday evening. As told on UFC Tonight , St-Pierre will see the same physicians with whom he had his last ACL surgery in 2011. St-Pierre told the FOX Sports 1 program that he injured his left knee last week towards the end of one of his training sessions. The fighter’s foot got caught in the training mats and he heard a pop, according to UFC Tonight. Despite the injury and a feeling instability in the knee, GSP said he is in no pain at all, the report said.
