The Cage Warriors vet, who got a late-notice UFC opportunity after resurrecting a sub-.500 career with a 6-1 run at flyweight, suffered a hard-fought unanimous-decision loss to Brad Pickett (24-8 MMA, 4-3 UFC) at the event, which took place at London’s O2 Arena. Seery (13-10 MMA, 0-1 UFC), an injury replacement for Ian McCall, snapped a four-fight winning streak and suffered his first loss in two years.
