Michael Bisping ’s fighting career is still on hold despite a recent eye exam in London that was supposed to determine whether or not his depth perception and peripheral vision were up to snuff for a return to the Octagon. Results of the eye exam were deemed “inconclusive.” Bisping was offered and accepted a fight with Tim Kennedy for The Ultimate Fighter: Nations Finale slated for April 16 in Quebec City. The bout was supposedly contingent upon him passing the eye exam last week, but now the prospects for the fight have grown cloudy. Bisping suffered a detached retina in his right eye while preparing to face Mark Munoz in a bout planned for last October. It’s a reoccurring injury that he first suffered in his UFC 159 fight with Alan Belcher. He then developed a cataract in the eye, so UFC officials are being a little extra cautious before allowing him back into the Octagon
