Following a loss to Rashad Evans at UFC 167, Chael Sonnen had said he intended to return to the middleweight division. Just a few short weeks later, Sonnen has apparently had a change of heart. As part of Friday night’s UFC Brisbane pre-fight show on Fox Sports 2, Sonnen announced that he would acquiesce and fight Wanderlei Silva at light heavyweight following their stint as The Ultimate Fighter Brasil 3 coaches.
