UFC heavyweight Shane del Rosario appears to be in the final hours of his life after being rushed to a Southern California hospital Tuesday morning in full cardiac arrest. Jason House, del Rosario’s manager, in a statement to reporter Ariel Helwani , said that doctor’s are waiting a full 72 hours before making any definitive declarations about del Rosario’s status, but advised his family and friends to say their goodbyes on Thursday. The treatment del Rosario received involved cooling his body to try and revitalize his organs and brain activity. Thus far, he has not responded to the treatment and he has no brain activity, according to House’s comments
