Undefeated MMA vet Frank Trevino has gotten his wish to compete inside the octagon. Trevino’s manager, Wade Hampel of Big Fight Management, today announced the fighter has inked a four-fight contract with the UFC and hopes to make his debut in the promotion’s first trip to Mexico, where he was born and raised. Trevino (11-0 MMA, 0-0 UFC), who now resides in South Texas, will drop from the welterweight division to lightweight, though a date and opponent have yet to be confirmed, Hampel told MMAjunkie.
