Every fighter on the card received at least a mandatory seven-day suspension, while seven fighters – John Moraga, Bobby Voelker, Michael Chiesa, Danny Castillo, Mac Danzig, Ed Herman, and Aaron Riley – could be sidelined for as long as six months. Trevor Smitha and Germaine de Randamie each received an indefinite suspension, meaning they must get medical clearance before they are allowed to fight again.
