Weighing 195 pounds, Paddy Pimblett returns to the gym

It’s no secret that rising lightweight star  Paddy Pimblett packs on some pounds when he’s not training for a fight.  He recently  set the record in a chicken wing eating contest at a hometown restaurant.  Pimblett (22-3) last fought at UFC 304 in late July, defeating  Bobby Green via tri-angle choke in the first round.  The  win over Green secured Pimblett a spot in the Top 15 lightweight rankings.  Three weeks after the fight, Pimblett had put on 40 pounds
