SYDNEY – Tyson Pedro has had a long training camp and plans on showing off his work at UFC 293. Pedro (9-4 MMA, 5-4 UFC) faces Anton Turkalj (8-2 MMA, 0-2 UFC) in a light heavyweight bout Saturday. He will look to rebound from his unanimous decision loss to Modestas Bukauskas at UFC 284, which snapped his two-fight winning streak. Pedro elected to be away from his family for this training camp, which he spent with UFC middleweight champion Israel Adesanya and others at City Kickboxing in New Zealand. Alongside Adesanya, Pedro is also excited to share the card with his good friend Tai Tuivasa, who faces Alexander Volkov in the night’s co-headliner.
