Daniel Cormier thinks Dustin Poirier still has a lot more to give. Poirier (29-8 MMA, 21-7 UFC) was knocked out by Justin Gaethje (25-4 MMA, 8-4 UFC) in this past Saturday’s “BMF” title fight in the UFC 291 headliner at Delta Center in Salt Lake City. It was a tough pill to swallow for “The Diamond,” who was looking to earn another shot at undisputed gold. Cormier admits it was hard for him to watch Poirier go out like that, but says he still has plenty to be proud of.
