Jorge Masvidal lost a lot of money betting on Dustin Poirier to beat Justin Gaethje at UFC 291. Poirier (29-8 MMA, 21-7 UFC) was knocked out by Gaethje (25-4 MMA, 8-4 UFC) in this past Saturday’s headliner for the “BMF” title at Delta Center in Salt Lake City. Poirier managed to stun Gaethje in Round 1, but “The Highlight” landed a perfect head kick in Round 2 to get the knockout win.
