It appears former UFC interim champion Tony Ferguson will fight back in his case for allegedly driving under the influence and crashing his truck last month. Ferguson, 39, was arrested and booked into jail in the early morning hours of May 7 after he allegedly crashed his truck into two cars parked outside a nightclub in Hollywood, Calif. Online court records show that Ferguson entered a not guilty plea at his arraignment on June 1, which was first reported by TMZ . On the day of the crash, a police spokeswoman told MMA Junkie that Ferguson’s arrest came after the truck he allegedly was driving ran into two parked vehicles, then overturned. There were two occupants inside the truck when it overturned, but first responders were able to pull them out without major injuries, the spokeswoman said.
