It’s not official yet, but the UFC flyweight title likely will be on the line again in January. Champion Deiveson Figueiredo is expected to put the belt on the line against interim champ Brandon Moreno at UFC 283 in Rio de Janeiro in what will be the fourth fight between the two. For Figueiredo, it will be his fourth straight fight against Moreno. They fought to a draw at UFC 256 in December 2020. In June 2021 at UFC 263, Moreno submitted Figueiredo to win the belt. But Figueiredo got it back in January at UFC 270 with a unanimous decision.
