Erin Blanchfield showed why she’s one of the most highly touted prospects in the women’s flyweight division on Saturday when she taped out JJ Aldrich at UFC Fight Night 207 . The 23-year-old Blanchfield (9-1 MMA, 3-0 UFC), who is the sixth youngest active fighter on the UFC roster, finished Aldrich (11-5 MMA, 7-4 UFC) with a standing guillotine choke in the second round of the bout, which took place at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas. After a bit of a slow start through the first round, Blanchfield showed why she was a heavy betting favorite by latching on the choke and forcing Aldrich to tap at the 2:38 mark of Round 2
