ARLINGTON, Texas – Six months removed from knee surgery, Sheymon Moraes ’ team didn’t think he would make this year’s PFL season. Not only did Moraes (14-5) prove his doubters wrong, but he was successful Thursday when he defeated fellow ex-UFC fighter Boston Salmon at 2022 PFL 2 at Esports Stadium in Arlington, Texas. Currently riding a three-fight winning streak, Moraes is confident that after fixing his knee, he’ll be a problem for the rest of the division. “I wish I knocked him out or submitted him, but today is the six-month anniversary of my surgery – ACL and meniscus,” Moraes told reporters following PFL 2
