A main training partner and good friend of welterweight contender Khamzat Chimaev, Kutateladze (12-2 MMA, 1-0 UFC) made his own splash when he picked up an impressive win over formerly unbeaten and now ranked UFC lightweight Mateusz Gamrot in his promotional debut in October 2020. But since then, Kutateladze has been plagued with injuries and visa issues that have kept him out of action, but the 30-year-old Georgian says he can finally start gearing up for his return ( via Instagram ).
