Jeremy Stephens has a new fighting home after parting ways with the UFC. News broke this past week that Stephens (28-19) was a free agent following a 34-fight stint inside the octagon. Now he’s set to join PFL for the promotion’s upcoming 2022 season in the lightweight division. MMA Junkie verified the signing with a person close to the situation after Stephens announced the news on “The MMA Hour.” Stephens said he’s expected to make his PFL debut in April, however, he does not know his opponent. Stephens, 35, made his UFC debut at UFC 71 in 2007. In the span of 14 years, Stephens battled a who’s who of UFC lightweights and featherweights.
