Deiveson Figueiredo became the first two-time UFC flyweight champion in history Saturday when he dethroned Brandon Moreno to take the belt back at UFC 270 . Figueiredo (21-2-1 MMA, 10-2-1 UFC) fought rival Moreno (19-6-2 MMA, 7-3-2 UFC) for the third consecutive time in the co-main event at Honda Center in Anaheim, Calif. He emerged with a unanimous decision win, marking his second reign as 125-pound titleholder. After fighting to a draw in he first meeting in December 2020, Moreno won the rematch by submission in June.
