Henry Cejudo won’t get his opportunity to become “C4,” at least not yet. When Max Holloway was forced to withdraw from his trilogy bout against UFC featherweight champion Alexander Volkanovski at UFC 272, former UFC dual champion Cejudo jumped at the opportunity to take that fight. Cejudo (16-2 MMA, 10-2 UFC), who’s currently retired, has long expressed interest in moving up to 145 pounds to challenge Volkanovski and just when he thought he got his opportunity, the promotion went with Chan Sung Jung as a replacement for a title fight. Volkanovski (23-1 MMA, 10-0 UFC) also tweeted at “The Korean Zombie,” and Cejudo slammed the champion for opting to face Jung (17-6 MMA, 7-5 UFC) instead.
