LAS VEGAS – Mateusz Gamrot is riding plenty of confidence heading into his biggest UFC fight to date. Gamrot (19-1 MMA, 2-1 UFC) faces Diego Ferreira (17-4 MMA, 8-4 UFC) on Saturday’s UFC Fight Night 199 main card for an opportunity to crack the promotion’s top 15 lightweight rankings. After falling short to Guram Kutateladze in his UFC debut, Gamrot rebounded in emphatic fashion, scoring back-to-back “Performance of the Night” finishes over Scott Holtzman and Jeremy Stephens. Ferreira will mark a step up in competition for the former two-division KSW champion, but Gamrot respectfully thinks he’ll have another standout performance
