LAS VEGAS – The UFC’s second main event of September between Anthony Smith and Ryan Spann is locked in. At Friday’s official UFC Fight Night 192 weigh-ins, Smith (34-16 MMA, 10-6 UFC) and Spann (19-6 MMA, 5-1 UFC) had no issues on the scale as they successfully hit the light heavyweight limit for their headlining matchup. Spann was first and tipped the scale roughly 44 minutes into the two-hour weigh-in window at 206 pounds. Smith, meanwhile, came in late with just five minutes remaining in the window registering at 205.5 pounds. Ryan Spann put in the work for his first UFC main event
