LAS VEGAS – Although he had no intention of talking trash coming into his fight at UFC on ESPN 29 , Chase Sherman felt the need to switch it up. Sherman is set to take on Parker Porter on the main card of UFC on ESPN 29, as he looks to avenge a frustrating loss to former UFC champion Andrei Arlovski in April. Parker’s prediction of the fight didn’t sit well with Sherman, who responded with a few choice words for his opponent. “He said he was gonna finish me and get the bonus,” Sherman told MMA Junkie at Wednesday’s media day at the UFC Apex. “Up until that point, I had nothing to say, but now if you think you’re gonna come in here and put me away and then make a name off of me, and walk away with a steep bag of cash from it, then I’m gonna talk a little sh*t along the way.” But it wasn’t just Porter who recently ruffled Sherman’s feathers.
