Welterweight contender Colby Covington doesn’t think the UFC’s choice of “The Ultimate Fighter” Season 29 coaches adds much entertainment value. In recent months, Covington (16-2 MMA, 11-2 UFC) was rumored to coach the series against friend-turned-rival Jorge Masvidal. However, when Masvidal was granted a title shot against UFC welterweight champion Kamaru Usman for UFC 261 in April, the promotion went with featherweight champion Alexander Volkanovksi and Brian Ortega instead.
