A pair of heavyweight contenders will face off in a pivotal main event clash at UFC Fight Night 185 . Wrestling powerhouse Curtis Blaydes will look to cement his position as a leading contender in the UFC heavyweight division by defeating noted knockout artist Derrick Lewis in the headline bout on Saturday night. Blaydes (14-2 MMA, 9-2 UFC) is riding a four-fight winning streak, with victories over Justin Willis, Shamil Abdurakhimov, Junior Dos Santos and Alexander Volkov putting him within an ace of a shot at heavyweight gold. But he’ll have to run the gauntlet of power-punching fellow contender Lewis (24-7 MMA, 15-5 UFC), who has the most knockouts in UFC heavyweight history, with 11 of his victories coming via his heavy-handed strikes. The big Texan is on a three-fight winning streak, with victories over Blagoy Ivanov, Ilir Latifi and, most recently, Alexei Oleinik. Ahead of their main event battle, former UFC welterweight title challenger and UFC analyst Dan “The Outlaw” Hardy invites us into “The War Room,” as he takes a deep dive into the matchup and offers his technical pointers ahead of the fight
