Former Bellator featherweight champion Daniel Straus is once again in trouble with the law. Straus (26-9 MMA, 12-6 BMMA) was arrested Friday in Florida and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon according to arrest records from the Broward County Sheriff’s Office. The arrest was first reported by the South Florida Sun-Sentinel. Bond is set at $100,000. According to the Sun-Sentinel, in addition to the bond, Straus is not allowed to have contact with the victim nor can he possess weapons or ammunition.
