Lupita Godinez wants a shot at the big leagues. The Mexican fighter hopes to get the UFC call now that she’s got gold around her waist. Godinez (5-0 MMA) won the LFA strawweight title last week at LFA 94, outpointing Vanessa Demopoulos (5-3 MMA) in a majority decision to win the title. The 27-year-old unbeaten prospect feels the UFC will soon come knocking following her most recent win. “I feel happy, all the work that my team and I are doing is showing,” Godinez said in Spanish on Hablemos MMA. “I’m very happy about the win and now I’m eagerly waiting for the call.
