The Ultimate Fighter 18 Finale took place Saturday in Las Vegas with Nate Diaz (17-9 MMA, 12-7 UFC) avenging his 2010 loss to Gray Maynard (11-3-1 MMA, 9-3-1 UFC) with a memorable first-round TKO. It was a vintage Diaz performance as the “TUF 5″ winner dissected Maynard with an onslaught of pinpoint volume striking until “The Bully” was out on his feet and the referee intervened. The event also brought an end to the latest season of the organization’s long-running reality show as Chris Holdsworth (5-0 MMA, 1-0 UFC) and Julianna Pena (5-2 MMA, 1-0 UFC) were crowned the 30th and 31st “TUF” winners.
