With two title fights atop the card, there was plenty of anticipation for UFC 311 in Southern California earlier this month. But when the proverbial fit hit the shan at the weigh-ins when original lightweight title challenger Arman Tsarukyan had to bow out, Reanto Moicano stepped in on a day’s notice for a shot at Islam Makhachev’s belt.
