One of the most underrated comebacks in UFC history was done by Merab Dvalishvili against Marlon Moraes. Back in September 2021, Dvalishvili had to go through hell and back to get his hand raised at UFC 266. Dvalishvili was badly rocked in the first round and looked to be on the brink of defeat, as he was barely hanging on for several minutes of the round.
