More reported details have surfaced pertaining to the arrest of former UFC heavyweight champion Cain Velasquez , which took place in San Jose, Calif. on Monday. According to a report Tuesday from The San Jose Mercury-News , Velasquez’s booking for attempted murder came after he allegedly shot at a car of three individuals – one of whom had recently been accused of molesting a close relative of Velasquez’s. The report cites court documents and additional sources. While the alleged victim of sexual abuse’s identity is being withheld due to their status as a minor, the accused man is Harry Eugene Goularte, 43, who lives in San Martin, Calif. at a home-daycare business run by his mother
