LAS VEGAS – Jairzinho Rozenstruik isn’t used to losing, so the process of having to go back to the drawing board and recuperate has been a bit foreign ahead of UFC Fight Night 189. “(They were) crazy and strange,” Rozenstruik told MMA Junkie at a pre-fight media day Wednesday. “But this is an opportunity to get better.
