Eight years after he entered the UFC as a submission specialist, Davey Grant is carving out a reputation as a knockout artist. For as many times in two appearances, Grant (11-4 MMA, 4-3 UFC) picked up a nasty victory with strikes in the second half of the fight. At UFC Fight Night 187 on Saturday, Grant clobbered Jonathan Martinez with a vicious haymaker that floored him. After a few follow-up shots, the fight was stopped by referee Chris Tognoni at 3:03 of Round 2. Check this out ( via Twitter ) WOKE UP FEELING DAN-GER-OUS @DaveyGrantMMA with a FLAWLESS connection.
