Dustin Poirier and  Dan Hooker really did leave it all in the cage. This past June, at UFC on ESPN 12 in Las Vegas, both lightweight standouts engaged in a back-and-forth war that immediately became a “Fight of the Year” contender. Poirier used his veteran experience to finish out the fight strong and outpoint Hooker in a unanimous decision
